Fresh, first class and fabulous beachfront condo with new ... well, everything!

Just finished renovating this light, bright and stylish condo just a few yards from the beach. This well deserved retreat has just had a total overhaul. . .from faucets to floors, lights to linens, TVs to tubs and everything in between! The paint is fresh, the furniture and mattresses are comfy and new, and no expense was spared in making this your new "happy place." Take a look at the sleek new satin matte black appliances, the shiny new granite countertops and the deep bowl stainless sink in the well appointed kitchen, which has everything from utensils, pots and pans, knives, silverware, dinnerware, glassware, kid's plates and utensils, cutting boards, a Keurig coffee maker and even some tea and a teapot! There's aloe gel in the fridge too, just in case you lose track of time on the sunny, spacious and beautiful beach. And did I mention the beach towels and beach chairs that are included for your use? Bed and bath linens are already on the beds and in the bathrooms, as well as an initial supply of soap, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish detergent, laundry detergent . . . the list goes on and on! Just make sure to bring your swimsuit, flip flops and toothbrush, because those are on the small list of the things we DON'T supply! 😆 PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS A THIRD FLOOR UNIT and we do not have an elevator, so be prepared to use the condo version of the "StairMaster." Please keep this in mind if you have physical limitations. (I try to think of it as justification for the latest flavor of ice cream I get at Melt on Main Street, pretty much every day I'm on vacation. . . BTW, their banana pudding ice cream is delicious!) Being further north, the 5600 block of North Ocean Blvd. brings a little more peace and quiet to your vacation and your time at the beach. You're still close to supermarkets, shopping and some really good restaurants. The local grocery store/food market is about 7-8 minutes away, while the bigger chain stores are a quick 10-12 minutes by car. Make sure to try out the freshly caught seafood at the nearby market. . . you can cook it yourself at the condo (don't forget, there are grills by the pool and picnic tables too!) or they'll prepare it for you so you can have a vacation from cooking as well. Try chilling on the balcony, while you watch the lights start twinkling on in the houses across the way, as the sun sets and night falls in Cherry Grove. It's a wonderful place to unwind, relax, and make forever beach memories with family and friends.

The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a coffee maker.
