We had a great experience. There was more than enough room for everybody. The place was very well maintained and clean. Super close to the beach we were able to walk each day we were there. The host was awesome and made sure we were informed along the way.

Gary and Madelyn have a wonderful beach home with all the amenities. It is decorated beautifully. The pool was very nice with hot tub.A short walk to the beach. Will definitely stay there next year.

Our family fell in love with this house! We appreciated the short walk to the beach most of all. Anything we needed and more was available in the house; it felt like home. We were able to cook many meals in the well-equipped kitchen. We were already familiar with the surrounding area so it was nice to be close to the restaurants and stores we like. The owner Gary was communicative, and gave us info well ahead of time before our trip. We hope to stay here again!

Cute Home tucked in an adorable neighborhood in prime location

We really enjoyed the “off the beaten path“ vibe of the neighborhood paired with the fact that it’s only three blocks from the beach, and a five minute drive to Barefoot Landing. Close to all the action with plenty of peace and quiet. The community pool was spacious And relaxing, being surrounded by trees and wildlife. The host was fantastic, and addressed any questions I had immediately. Highly rate this vacation rental!

Lovely home

This is our second year staying at this home and it has been a welcoming experience both times. Great location…close to the beach and pool…restaurants and shopping! We love it all. We have two adult children so the layout of the home works well for us. The price range for such a good location and amenities cannot be beat! Thank you fie two years of great memories!

Excellent property

Excellent location and very cosy house . One minute from the beach in a very quiet and safe neighbourhood. Central to restaurants, mini golf, barefoot landing, Walmart and Tanger. Highly recommended.

Nice home, short walk to the beach

We had a 2 week stay at this property. It is a nice house, with a very short walk to the beach which we liked very much! We enjoyed sitting outside as well. The kitchen is full stocked with everything needed to prepare meals. The appliances worked well. Lots of bath towels were provided along with liquid soap, a roll paper towels, dishwasher tabs etc. and a snack welcome bag. Communications with the host were promptly responded to. Easy check-in. There were no issues. A vehicle is needed to go grocery shopping, restaurants etc.The living room furniture was not comfortable which is the reason for the overall rating of a 4 instead of a 5.

Fantastic stay

The home was exactly as described. In fact, it was actually nicer in person. The beds were extremely comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and everything was very clean. It was a very short walk to the beach, I'd estimate at 3 minutes. The home is located in the second row from the beach, but that first row is really only half a block. The community where the house is located is very quiet, and well maintained. The pool area is lovely. I can't say enough about the owner, Gary. He was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He was very courteous, and always responded very quickly to any questions that I had. We needed to check out earlier than expected due to the tropical storm (Debby), and Gary was the one that got VRBO to refund us the remaining nights. He's a true gem. I would highly recommend this home to anyone, and I can't wait to return next year. Thank you again for everything Gary!
