My family enjoyed our stay. The location was great, check-in was very easy and convenient and communication with the owners was great. Had a minor issue, which was resolved in a timely manner, and we would definitely book again, in the future.

Great Stay

Everything was great about this property! We felt secure and it was close to several fun things. I will mention that the unit did get a bit toasty but, still very comfortable and manageable.

Wonderful Time at North Myrtle Beach

We really enjoyed our trip to North Myrtle Beach. Location of property is excellent. Walking distance to Barefoot Landing and ocean front accomodations. This is a great choice for families of all ages and the beach at Windy Hill is the best in the area.

Great place to stay in the heart of everything!

Property was super clean & up-to-date. Plenty of room for our family of 6. Kitchen was very well stocked with any cooking needs.. only complaint are the huge roaches/water bugs on the balcony that come out at night.. but we had a great stay & would definitely stay again!

Relax and enjoy!

The condo was clean and spacious enough for our family of six. It was clean and close to restaurants and entertainment. Love the views from the balcony. The building wasn’t too big so it never felt crowded. Will definitely rent again.

Home away from home

Our stay was amazing. It definitely felt like I was home at this location. The property was well equipped with all the essentials needed to make your stay worthwhile. The view of the ocean was obscured and I wished I had booked a higher floor. However, the condo was beautiful.

Unexpected respite

We had a senior moment and arrived two days earlier. Happy Crab Vacation Managers rescued us by wing a condo we could rent for two nights. this condo was clean, comfortable and had a king size bed. We are so grateful to the Southern hospitality shown to us here at Waterpointe 1.

An awesome experience

Dealing with Randy and Debbie’ at happy crab vacations is always a pleasure. They were always patient in dealing with any question we may have had.. Payment can be made in a variety of forms which makes it easy for anyone. When we arrived the condo was clean and well stocked with appliances, dishes etc. we truly enjoyed our time there at the beach and would recommend Happy Crab vacations to anyone travelling to South Carolina.

Great condo, even better location!

Waterpointe 1 is in a great location (minutes by car to shops and restaurants) and is steps from the beach. There are also 2 great pools to enjoy! It is also very clean and well-maintained. The condo unit is very clean and has all that you need. The ocean view is somewhat obstructed by the indoor pool structure, however, and the master bath does not have a true "shower"....just a large tub with a handheld shower head. The third bedroom(twin beds) is also very small. Overall, a great condo with a super location. Would definitely stay at Waterpointe 1 again

Windy Hill

Randy was very easy to work with and very accommodating. No complaints - just FYI, the third “bedroom” consists of 2 twin beds with a small nightstand in between. No dresser, closet, mirror or even a place to put suitcase. Not advisable for 3 adults to stay.

Nice experience

The location is perfect. The property itself is in excellent condition. I think it is perfect for a family with younger children because the room with twin beds is really small. Also airconditioner cannot go below 69, so that room gets really stuffy. That said I think people who manage the property are going out of their way to make the experience positive. There were a lot of small really nice touches to make us feel welcome. We thank you very much. So I would absolutely recommend this property!

We had an awesome stay at the condo in Waterpointe 1

Our stay at waterpointe 1 was stress free and made to order for getting away from the cold and snow we were experiencing before we left. Randy was very easy to deal with and very patient when answering the many questions we had before beginning our journey. When we got to the condo it was very well stocked and clean. We didn’t experience any problems except for the battery was going dead on the lock but before we could even ask, a maintenance person came and replaced the battery. Our overall experience was awesome and we would recommend Happy Crab vacations to anyone. They are extremely easy to deal with and are quick to answer any questions you may have.

Nice place

Overall a very good place to stay. Small things you will want to take notice of. It’s on the 2nd floor which is the first with rooms and the balcony is directly over the main entrance in from the Beach and Pool. This causes some noise but not terrible. Also the view is kind of bad if that’s important to you since the indoor pool extends out from your balcony about 3 feet up so half of the balcony’s view is the back of a wall. Only other thing worth mentioning is the clean up process requests that all dishes be put away before you leave which feels odd usually only asked to put everything in the dishwasher and run it so having to put everything away ment we had to plan our exit around that a little bit. All in all not really a big deal but thought it might help.

Great Place

Great Place for a stay in Myrtle Beach. Great location on a quiet road and out of downtown Myrtle Beach. Perfect distance from the beach, indoor and outdoor pools are great. The condo was clean and the check out directions are clear. Couldn’t say enough good things
