The hospitality extended throughout the property was outstanding. Bagwant from the security team stood out for his courteous and attentive approach, always greeting us with a smile and ensuring everything felt safe and comfortable. We also deeply appreciate Haydin, the duty manager, who handled an issue we encountered with remarkable efficiency and professionalism, it was resolved so quickly that it barely disrupted our experience. The property itself is stunning, with breathtaking views, beautifully maintained spaces, and a calm, relaxing atmosphere that makes it hard to leave. "Hotel is clean, very friendly and polite staff, great location, great atmosphere. Lot of options for breakfast buffet.. good quality food. One thing need to beware of all the taxes get added on the foods you order. Very good hotel for the families. Overall fantastic stay!!"
