The rooms were clean and the beds very comfortable it's a great location very quiet but near to the beach so we always slept well you have to hand your key in if you want your room cleaned which worked well for us because you didn't have to worry about being woken up by the cleaners.The restaurant that is attached to the hotel is also very convenient serving good food with friendly staff andhas a good selection of both alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks. and

Gets some sun but probably not good for sun baithing but beach very close.
Waterfalls only run at night probably for cleaning as pool very clean.

if you are looking for a quiet stay ,then this is for you,the owners are lovely and very helpful, not far from beach which is good if no transport,there is a restaurant on site but no real room service, if your going with friends and are coming back late this guest house is not for you as no noise after 10-30pm,i would definately stay again.

Basic accommodations close to a very nice beach near the Chelsea Beach Shack in Calangute, Goa. A short walk on dirt paths to get to the beach, and the guest house is accessible for taxis and tuktuks, so it's easy to go out in town at night. Breakfast was tasty and inexpensive.
