North Bimini Vacation Packages

Marina and deck area - excellent boardwalk for walking and sitting. We enjoyed the outdoor areas. Bathroom facilities downstairs from restaurant - need repairs and thorough cleaning daily. On Sunday morning there was a ceiling leak that wasn’t attended to for hours. Guest room - shower’s need to be descaled and scrubbed and grout cleaned. Room - nice and spacious room. A bit musty smelling; we saw the canisters to absorb moisture. Maybe those need to be changed more frequently. AC worked fine and we slept comfortably. Stairwell between floors - bricks a bit loose. All exterior pathways could do with a good power wash. Pool area was clean. Big mural in hallway to second floor rooms needs repair. I remember that being there years ago. It’s a pity to see that it has not been maintained. Restaurant - overall meals were fine except the BBQ ribs which were tough and inedible. Great, friendly wait staff! Receptionist at front desk spoke to manager because our first night I could not sleep from the noise from the adjacent property that was blasting music until almost 3 am in the morning. I hope these observations are taken seriously and addressed expeditiously since this by is one of the better properties in North Bimini. Not dates back to my childhood.

This was one of the worst resort experiences I have ever had. The service was absolutely terrible. The staff were rude, disrespectful, extremely slow, and completely uninterested in helping guests. From the doorman to the restaurant employees, almost no one showed basic courtesy or even responded when we greeted them. Our room was not serviced, our towels were not replaced, and we had to keep asking for things that should have been handled automatically. The food was terrible, and even basic juices and drinks were ridiculously overpriced. For a resort in the Bahamas charging these kinds of prices, the service and hospitality were completely unacceptable. Beautiful surroundings cannot make up for rude employees, terrible food, poor housekeeping, and a total lack of customer care. I would never stay here again, and I strongly recommend that others avoid wasting their money at this resort.
