GREEDY, UNREASONABLE, AND TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION: THIS OWNER IS ONE TO STAY AWAY FROM. THEY HIDE BEHIND "OUR POLICY" TO KEEP YOUR MONEY INSTEAD OF USING COMMON SENSE OR FORGE GOODWILL. I was booking this house for parents weekend Oct 3-5) but mistakenly booked it for the following weekend )Oct 10-12). I noticed my mistake a few days after and attempted to reach the management / owners. I explained how i mistakenly booked the house for the wrong weekend. They said it is non-refundable. i asked them to reconsider so we could use the money to get another house for our family on the correct weekend. They still refused. i then asked for them to consider a partial refund....THEY STILL REFUSED TO REFUND ANY PART OF MY FULL PAYMENT. I gave them one final chance to reconsider after not using their property...they offered to refund the cleaning fee. I was a vacation rental owner/operator in the past and understand that sometimes, you have to use common sense and a bit of humanity to override "policy". THIS OWNER IS ONLY IN IT FOR THE MONEY AND COULD CARE LESS ABOUT HUMAN ERROR OR THE FINANCIAL HARDSHIP IT MAY CAUSE. POOR OWNERSHIP WILL RUIN ANY GOOD PROPERTY. FUTURE RENTERS BEWARE. OH...AND THEY DON'T EVEN HAVE A BBQ GRILL. WHO DOESN['T HAVE A BBQ FOR OU GAME DAY?
