Hilton Garden Inn Virginia Beach Town Center

The facilities were immaculate, but the entire staff was genuinely friendly and professional. Thank you for such a pleasant way to spend the weekend.

The only problem was the bathroom. It was not cleaned properly. When I told housekeeping, they took care of the problem. The hotel was located near shops and was quiet. The room was spacious and had everything I needed.

Very comfortable hotel within walking distance to restaurants and stores. Parking located close to hotel as well. Not far from the beach.

Nice hotel. Better than expected for a Hilton Garden Inn.

Loved this hotel! We did not drive anywhere all weekend. Perfect location.

Most positive reviews are correct. The hotel is a good choice in general. Few negatives to consider: 1) The parking is across the street on level 5+, remember to take "north" elevator(s). It takes effort to walk and park if that is a concern. 2) breakfast is not included except the package deal (as of 1/2015). It is ~$11 and kids (under 12) eat free. 3) TV Channel choice is little... if that bother you. 4) we did not see much of personnel after a late arrival, little information was given unless specifically asked. We like the hotel, will recommend, but price can be better in low season.

Loud noise in morning first thing, whI checked suckered. Everything else was plus. They could use covered walk way to parking garage

Had a great time at the hotel. Easy to check in and easy to check out. Breakfast was good also.

We were visiting Virginia Beach and stayed at this resort to get away from the crowds. The staff were polite and we enjoyed our stay!

I travel a lot and condider many things in a hotel. The one thing i was not crazy about was that the parking garage is across the street, and you have to park on level 5 or above. What i did like was that everyting seemed to work (not always the case) and that the elevators were fast, staff was pleasant, and room was clean. I will definitely stay here again.

My ratings are all relative to expectations. Clearly this wasn't a Ritz but we were extremely happy with our choice. The pool and hot tub were adequate the fitness center could have had more. The rooms were nice probably would have rated cleanliness a 5 but our A/C left a wet spot on the floor. All the staff was extremely nice. Location was perfect. Easy to get too and tons around. Driving in out of the garage stunk at first but you get used to it quickly. Two ways in and out and right next to the hotel. If you're looking for the beach probably not the best hotel but then again we didn't go. If you're looking for the town center it's the right spot for you.

Had a great time ... the hotel staff were very helpful ... will recommend this hotel to friends ...

The staff was great! I was allowed to check in a little early and staff were polite, nice and very helpful.

We were totally pleased with the motel and staff at the Hilton Garden. The location was great, right in the middle of the church and reception hall. Walking to some fine dining. Staff went 100% to accommodate our requests. Housekeeping did not avoid eye contact and always asking how stay is going. Ww were coming and going a lot and the desk always found time for a few words. We had 5 rooms and none of us had one complaint. Made my brother's wedding a stress-less event. Thanks to the staff!

the price for this hotel is based primarily on location. a few of the staff members were really great but it's diminished when your interactions with them is for a complaint about your room...maintentance shouldn't have to be told to clean every day...

It is a good location, near mall and restaurants. The downfall is no protected parking. It rained and we had to get wet getting to our car outside in a parking lot. I strongly suggest if you want peace and quiet make sure your room is on the back side of hotel. There is absolutely no sound proof there, you hear all the traffic from the main boulevard, and you hear everything everyone is saying or doing in the room above and next to you. They built this hotel very cheaply. The beds are uncomfortable since the knobs to adjust air in mattress were broken. This place should be rebuilt with better materials.I was very disappointed.

Had a very nice stay, front desk staff is very NICE. Other staff members can stand to attend a customer service course. Location is good, a bit far from the beach but lots of local establishments are within walking distance.

My wife and I along with my sister in law were here for just 1 night. The only downside to staying in this hotel(8 miles off VA beach)..but its a short drive. Other than that, loved the location and cleanliness. Would recommend anyone for the stay.

Comfy beds (there is a dial on the side of the bed to make it harder/softer, which is nice). Spacious rooms, lots of hot water, good toiletries. I stayed a total of 9 nights, and the first two were fine in a room right by the elevator (room 605). The third night I kept hearing the elevator noise and it kept me up past midnight. I asked for a room change and they gave me one all the way at the end of the hall, which was nice and quiet (room 631). When I stay here again, I'll ask for a room down the hall in advance. Housekeeping seems to come by early to me (8:30-9:00), and if you have your do-not-disturb sign out, they don't come back to clean your room unless you request it. There's only like 8 hotel parking spots in their lot, but the parking garage literally across the street has tons of space, and it was no big deal to park there. Exercise room leaves something to be desired. There are two treadmills, one stationary bike, and one "natural runner" thing that is kind of like an elliptical, but not the same. The equipment seems to be old and the natural runner is really noisy. Overall, I would stay here again in a heartbeat, since I got a great deal and enjoyed the hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful.

We've stayed at this hotel twice before, and the service has always been great.
