This was a horrible place to stay. It was beyond dirty and the daytime staff was mean! None of the advertised amenities was available. There were many drunks or whatever pounding on our door every night.
Run down. Needs a serious remodel and upgrade. Throw this one away.
The room was worn down with graffiti on furniture. Supposed to be non-smoking and room had a very strong smoke fumes in the room.
Cigarette burn holes in sheets and towels in our non smoking room. Accumulated dirt in the corners of the bathroom and room, inside of drawers also dirty like they should be wiped or swept out. Went to check out, desk person sat in silence til we saw them, didn't say anything once I saw them and said we we're checking out, then responded inaudibly multiple times. No "on the go" breakfast, just vending machines with soda, and one food vending machine with only poptarts

Unsafe Unsanitary This hotel was very unsafe. Drugs were being used by next door neighbors. We traveled 10 hours to feel unsafe and stay in unsanitary conditions. The hotel was filthy. Razors were left from previous occupants. Toilet was unclean. Blood stain on headboard.
The cleaning personal were so bad and they entered to my room and my friends room while we were on a pool and smoked marijuana inside..
Needs upgraded and maintained. No working elevator and only one ice machine. The rooms could be cleaner and simple things fixed.
I couldn’t figure out how to work the tv but other than that I was very satisfied
Nothing fancy but a good value for the area during the busy seasons and close by to Norfolk or Virginia Beach.
