Large 700M2 flowered and peaceful garden. new terrace to the west and to the setting sun.

very close to Mardi gras beach in the old town and shops (tobacco, mini-market, restaurants, bike rental) all on foot!

Maison agréable et bien située

La maison ne paie pas de mine de l'extérieur, mais est très agréable à vivre à l'intérieur et sur l'une de ses terrasses rénovée avec goût et bien exposée au soleil du matin et du soir. Elle est en outre très bien équipée en ustensiles de cuisine et merveilleusement située, à proximité des plus beaux endroits de l'île.

Idéal famille

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine avec nos 4 enfants. La maison est joliment décorée, idéalement située (tout proche du centre du Vieil et de la plage), très bien équipée, c'est une maison de famille où il fait bon vivre !

La maison est idealement située dans un environment calme. La terrasse est très agréable et les enfants ont bien profité du grand jardin. Les propriétaires sont charmants, disponibles et à l'écoute.

Maison confortable et bien située

Nous avons séjourné 2 semaines dans cette agréable maison (3 adultes et 4 enfants) située au calme car retirée de la route. Cette maison implantée à quelques minutes de la plage est bien équipée. Les chambres sont confortables et la literie est très propre. Les enfants ont profité au maximum du grand jardin sécurisé. En quittant l'île, ils ont déclaré:"au revoir Noirmoutier, à l'année prochaine". Nous l'espérons aussi.

une situation exceptionnelle

J'adore le Petit Vieil , endroit superbe à Noirmoutier. Et cette maison est idéalement située à un pas du centre ville et surtout de la plage. ainsi avec mes deux enfants et ma mère âgée nous avons tous mené notre vie en toute quiétude. Par ailleurs il est rare d'avoir un beau jardin ensoleillé et cette maison est idéale la encore pour profiter des vacances en toute tranquillité. Quand à son confort, il y a tout ce qu'il faut, les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables et le salon avec sa véranda au soleil très agréable. cette année je la reloue avec plaisir!

Maison familiale très agréable , jardin calme et cosy, véranda pour être quand même presque dehors même si la météo n'est pas favorable! Plage et magasins à portée de pas: nous avons vraiment beaucoup apprécié notre séjour chez vous et rêvons d'y revenir.

Une maison confortable, au décor simple et familial. Fonctionnelle, tout est prévu pour un séjour au calme, un peu à l'écart de la route et à 4 minutes à pieds de la plage. Déjeuners et café dehors dans le jardin, diner dans la véranda ... Un petit havre de tranquillité bien doté.
