The large enclosed garden welcomes a superb heated swimming pool (available from 1st June to 14th September), surrounded by sun loungers and garden furniture for your moments of leisure. A large 100 m² terrace will allow you to share meals in the open air thanks to its tables and outdoor lounge area and its plancha for delicious grilled dishes. Everything is there for a perfect holiday under the Vendée sun.



Push the door and discover a house bathed in light, decorated with taste in a modern and warm style. The vast living room is equipped with comfortable sofas, a television for your film or sports evenings. A beautiful dining table awaits you just next door, to share convivial meals.

The independent kitchen, fully equipped, will delight the tribe's cooks! You will find there: induction hobs, fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, espresso coffee maker with beans, toaster, kettle as well as all the utensils necessary to treat your loved ones.

On the sleeping side, the ground floor has a large master suite with a King Size bed (180x200) and its adjoining bathroom with shower and hairdryer. A second bedroom, designed for children or large families, has two bunk beds (90x190), a single bed (90x190) as well as a bunk bed with a double bed (140x190) at the bottom and a single bed at the top (90x190) (note that the upper bunk beds are only accessible for children). A second bathroom and an independent toilet complete this level. Upstairs, you will find a third bedroom with a Queen Size bed (160x200), ideal for a couple.



For even greater comfort, the house is equipped with reversible air conditioning in the lounge and upstairs bedroom, a washing machine, a tumble dryer, childcare equipment (high chair and travel cot), an iron and ironing board, as well as four outdoor parking spaces.
