Welcome to Noirmoutier-en-l'Île where this lovely holiday home welcomes you for a comfortable stay. Located in a new residential development, it is just a stone's throw from the town centre and only 2 km from the beaches, easily accessible on foot or by bike. Fully equipped, it can comfortably accommodate up to 8 travellers (6 adults and 2 children). You will enjoy an enclosed garden with a furnished terrace, barbecue and plancha for your outdoor meals. A heated swimming pool at 26 degrees and available from 15 April to 30 September will allow you to relax and enjoy the sunshine. It is the ideal starting point for discovering the island.



Pass through the front door and discover a beautiful open-plan living space overlooking the terrace. The modern and fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher) will allow you to prepare your meals as if you were at home. For your breakfasts, a kettle, a toaster, a filter coffee maker and a Nespresso machine are at your disposal. Share your meals around the large table for 8 people or enjoy the terrace on fine days. In the evening, relax in the lounge, comfortably settled on the sofa facing the television.



The house has 3 bedrooms. The master suite is equipped with a double bed (140x190 cm) with an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom also offers a double bed (140x190 cm). The last one comprises a double bed (140x190 cm) and a bunk bed suitable for 2 children.



A second bathroom with shower, toilet and hairdryer is at your disposal, as well as an independent toilet for added comfort. After your beach outings, you will also appreciate the outdoor shower.



A washing machine and a tumble dryer are available in the laundry room.



You will also benefit from 2 parking spaces.
