Villa 90 m² panoramic view Nice, sea and mountains
The house, which is around twenty years old, was renovated and refurbished in spring 2021. It is situated on the second row of a hillside, giving it an exceptional view of the Mercantour mountains, the Var valley, Nice and the Bay of Angels, with Corsica in particular visible on winter mornings. 2 bedrooms, each with its own shower room (one with bath, one with shower). Bed linen and towels are provided, and the beds are made up on arrival. Large living/dining room + 40 m2 with 5Kw air-conditioning. Sea 4km away.
The accommodation One of the most beautiful views over the Bay of Angels, very quiet for a city like Nice and easily accessible from the motorway, airport or train station, as it is well served by the line 54 bus. The access road is relatively narrow and requires care. Cradled by sea breezes during the day and mountain breezes at night, and insulated with high-density cork, air conditioning is not necessary, although it is present. The temperature never exceeds 31 degrees on the hill. Traveller access Travellers do of course have access to the garden, but they will no doubt prefer to stay on the terrace or patio and enjoy the view over Nice, a constantly changing spectacle day and night. the private car park is not accessible to low-floor vehicles. free arrival before 8.00 pm, Lisa will ask you 20 euros after 8.00 pm
Other comments Trivial but worth knowing, no paper, sanitary towels or other items in the toilets. Please also be careful with hair in the shower. Pets are not allowed in the rooms under any circumstances. If pet hair is found, an additional cleaning fee of 100 euros will be charged.
