Arriving at 10pm and having to make bunk beds was disappointing. There was not hot water I the communial bathroom and the carpets were disgusting, are room was tied but not clean so spend 20mins sweeping. There was no mop so could not mop the dirty floor.
We booked very late and wanted a room for five with pool which was close to the beach. This is what we got. The pool and the pool area is the major upside with the hotel. The rooms are also clean and light. The reception staff is friendly and speak excellent English. It's only 200m to the beach. The downsides are the very hard beds and the dark and old carpeted corridors. Also the distance to larger super market/shops and train station is a minus.
Clean rooms. Apartments well situated between St Laurent-du-Var and Cagnes-sur-Mer. Very handy for the pebbly beach, but a mile walk into each town, but there are shops and restaurants along the way. Frequent buses and trains available to Nice, Monaco, Ventimiglia in Italy and Marseille. Pool well maintained. Does not open until 9 am which means there is not the rush for sunbeds, but an early dip is not allowed. Tennis courts available, but too hot to play most of the day. Car parking available if you came by car or if you hire a car. Plenty to do here, particularly if you like water sports. Close proximity to airport makes transfers easy. Highly recommended!
Nice place for family, great location, close to bus stops, beach. Overall very good deal, also close to the airport. Staff is very kind, pool is nice and clean. Restaurants shops just in walking distance.
A terrific location and really pleasant surroundings - easy to explore the area. All the staff were really helpful and all the facilities were delightful. Great value for money. We will definitely be back.
Family vacations beginnig of may 2017 year.I will be back definitly because me and my family loved location and views and sea.Quality of restaurant and food was really really nice and prices on good level.
We stayed with two children who loved the pool. It was great being able to self catering. We took the 94 bus into the city and hired bikes which was fun. The studio was very clean and tidy and had everything that we needed.
Very good value, travelled on my own and felt very secure in the property. Chose the apartment over the studio as I was staying for 28 days and found it very roomy, clean and well maintained. Since it was just me there were enough dishes and pots and pans. All the appliances and small appliances worked well. The location was perfect, close enough to Nice to take the bus (#52) from Cap3000 into the city, but far enough away from the hustle and bustle. Cap3000, a 150 store mall about a 20 minute walk from the hotel had a huge grocery store and one could always take a taxi back if you over shopped. Also only about a 10 minute walk to the beach promenade with lots of cafes and restaurants - go left on the main road and get to the promenade behind the gas station. Just mentioning this as it took me a while to find all this out. The staff were very helpful and when I got lost it was usually due to my poor sense of direction. I found the pool and outdoor area very clean and well kept up and the pool bar was good for drinks and snacks. Would definitely stay here again and would like to return to see all the things I missed on this trip - so much to see, so little time.
Lovely place, love the area, very clean, nice place for the kids, safe place, plenty of parking spaces, just love the place, room a bit to small, and price a bit high up. Overall we like the place. Xx
The flat had a little bit of a "used" feel to it and was furnished in a fairly basic way - although overall it was clean and comfortable and everything worked. The curtains, however, stank of smoke. Obviously "non-smoking" is a recommendation only for some guests. Internet was 5 Euros per 3 days basic service - fine (but not for anything streaming). TV was a flatscreen with all inputs. Storage space was OK. Nice balcony, even with folding hanger for drying clothes. Beds felt very small. Bathroom was OK. A nice touch is that you can order fresh bread to be delivered daily (in the morning, pick up from reception). Parking was horrible - really, really, cramped spaces in an underground lot - I barely managed to squeeze my fiat 500 between the two concrete pillars each time. This is not good if you're with a rental and have to worry about scratches...
