On upper floor you will find two double beds bedrooms, one bedroom offers air conditioning and en suite shower room, and a third bedroom with two single beds and air conditioning. It offers a bathroom with toilet and a second toilet. Villa Michelet is truly a peace of heaven in the heart of Nice. Tramay station is at 150m and beach is only at 10 minutes away by tram. All shops and restaurants are right at the corner of the street. Perfect for holiday rental in Nice.
