THE APARTMENT IS FULLY DISINFECTED AND IS READY TO RECEIVE YOU SAFELY according to the new standards covid-19 :

Before your arrival :
the accommodation is entirely disinfected with powerful products bought and used for this purpose (bactericides and virucides as you can see on our photos) to bring you a maximum safety and to allow you to be in all serenity at our place.
All the supports have been disinfected (wrists, remote controls, furniture, vacuum cleaners, switches, ramps, household appliances, keys, garbage cans ...)
Our maintenance team is equipped with masks and gloves.
All the linen and textile are entirely washed at 60° and installed after complete disinfection of the apartment: sheets, towels, dish towels, bath mats...
We leave a delay between each reservation in order to air the whole apartment
the handing over of the keys will be done by respecting the barrier gestures: washing of the hands, wearing of the obligatory mask, minimal distance of 1 meter between us, plexi glass transparent to communicate serenely.
For your serenity: we will offer you a tube of hydoalcoholic gel and we will provide you with new but washable masks to reuse them if you wish.

At your departure :

Leave serenely without any contact since you will be able to leave your keys in the apartment or in the mailbox directly.
(We simply ask you to leave all the windows open when you leave for ventilation and to close the door of the apartment behind you)

Entirely privatized building: composed of 4 apartments, that is to say one 2 rooms per floor (25m2 per apartment).
Located at the corner of Cours Saléya and the sea in the old town of Nice.
Unique in Nice, each air-conditioned apartment has a separate bedroom (bed 140x190cm) and a living room with sofa bed, a bathroom, an equipped American kitchen.
The 4th floor has an additional bedroom in mezzanine with a double bed too.
EACH APARTMENT IS COMPLETELY INDEPENDENT.
Fiber throughout the building for excellent wifi.
Ideal for 4 families, can accommodate up to 16 guest.
The building you rent is located 30 meters from the sea, at the corner of the saléya court and its daily local market.
Ideal for large families, friends who wish to spend vacations all together while remaining each one independent.
A few steps from the sea, its Promenade des Anglais, the Cours Saleya (for your morning market), the green corridor with the Place Masséna. You will be in the heart of this magnificent old Nice.
A few meters away from the tramway, you will be able to enjoy all the treasures of the region and the different gardens of Nice.
You will be able to do everything on foot, stroll through the typical streets of old Nice and taste the local flavors.
