Carpet in hallway was filthy. Room not clean and maintained properly. Hotel is definitely not 4 star, maybe a poor 3 star at best. Addressed issues like AC not working, no soap in sink dispenser, lack of cleaning, etc with staff.

Walked from train station and felt very safe neighborhood. Room was small but very clean. Only complaint is that the noise was very loud. Lots of motorcycles, neighbors yelling out of windows etc. Might not have been too bad if I had had the window closed but I love fresh air so had it open all night.

The service was amazing. The lady working the front desk went above and beyond to help in loaning me an international electric adapter. The customer provided water and coffee options were nice. Only a 10 min waking distance from old town and the beach. Great value. I recommend to all.
