The room / apartment had good kitchen facilities, the sofa bed wasnt very comfortable and staff on desk were professional some were friendly and welcoming, but not all. There was a lack of communication prior to arrival. We had attempted to contact them numerous times for weeks before our stay via email, with head office by telephone. But no response from local hotel.

Terrible time with this establishment. Construction work within the hotel, wasn’t made aware of this before my 4 night trip to Nice. Had to leave around 9am every morning to avoid the noise. Staff were rude and unprofessional, manager was uninterested and dismissive. The sauna was out of service. I wasn’t allowed to go get milk for my coffee when the bar ran out because I hadn’t paid for breakfast. It was a joke. I called Expedia to be moved to another hotel and they were just as hopeless. s someone who works in the tourism industry, I will NOT be recommending this hotel or Expedia to my clients. The correct regulators have been informed. Next I’ll be reviewing everywhere I can. Not only did Expedia fail me as a tour operator, they were prepared to leave me without accommodation in a city I didn’t know. Twice in the past year, Expedia have been more interested in my money, than my safety and enjoyment. Don’t use. I will be reporting

The guy at the reception desk in the morning was not friendly: no flexibility to check in earlier than 3 pm nor to leave us in the same room because I added one night after making the 1st reservation. Luckily, the lady in the afternoon was the opposite. Told us it wouldn't make sense to move us which we agreed. There were issues with electricity, so the hallway was dark & we had concerns about the elevator. Otherwise, convenient to airport & the city by tram. Nice roof deck to watch planes.

The hotel was close by to Cassin tram stop so it was easy to go into town or the airport (we actually walked from the airport on arrival and it took about 15 mins). There is a supermarket close by too - less than 10 min walk away. Breakfast the hotel is way too pricey so I would recommend walking to the intermarche and buying some pastries for breakfast.
