Over priced for what you get but generally hotel is ok. Air conditioning was not switched on and it was like sleeping in a sauna. Beds very soft. Breakfast buffet is ok. Not great but enough choice...

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel in March. It had some interesting decor details and was very clean and smart. The facilities in the room were really useful for a comfortable stay - small fridge, WiFi, kettle and a comfortable bed. There was a good breakfast buffet selection and was always fresh so we didn't need to find a local cafe..The hotel is situated in a perfect location for exploring this beautiful city and the surrounding area and although it's in a busy part of town it's quiet. There are also plenty of restaurants in the vicinity to choose from.

We stayed for 3 nights in March. On arrival we were upgraded to an ‘executive room’ which was lovely. We had a view over a church on the 2nd floor. Huge bathroom and bed. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The hotel is just a short walk to the sea and the old town, and very close to lots of restaurants. Very quiet too in the evening with the windows closed. Would very much recommend this hotel for a short break in this lovely city.

I've stayed four nights during MIPIM event. It was five minutes away from the train station and also five minutes away from the Angles Promanade - seaside. Room was very small. On the other side, french balcony was nice for natural ventilation. A/C system was noisy. Breakfast was worst since the very limited options.

Grabbed this last-minute booking on the website based on customer feedback and was not disappoint! And great location, very clean accommodation, and a great value. Checkin was very efficient, and they actually let us get into our room a little early with no problem at all. We didn’t try the breakfast buffet, but it seem like a good value. There really was nothing missing in the amenities, and we would happily stay here the next time we visit Nice.

First, the good- Beautiful exterior to building, good location about 1/2 way between promenade and train station, (easy walks), good staff. The bad- we were on 2nd floor, (actually 3rd by US standards), facing V.H. Blvd and there was considerable noise late at night from young people carrying on, etc.- not traffic. I asked about changing rooms and was told that all rooms faced a street. If you are a light sleeper, this is not your hotel. Also, rooms are spartan- no closet to hang things in, just shelves. No ventilation in the bathroom, primitive coffee maker, no amenities like bottled water. Will try another hotel next time in Nice.

Pluses: +Location top. Close to Vieux Nice, Promenade des Anglais and shopping district. +Attractive grey/white room & lobby decor. +Room extremely clean. +Reasonable price. +Beds cofortable. Minuses: - Poorly thought out shower design - floor gets wet. Doorframe of bathroom already warped. - Some front desk personnel relatively cool and less helpful. - Our room was drafty (windows let in cool air)., and the floor was always cold. Not a problem for much of the year, but on a rainy day in winter...however, the heating system does allow for individual adjustments. Facit: advantages outweigh the negatives, would recommend.

For the price they offer it is everything anyone could want. Stayed in the most basic room smallest but with a budget price and had everything no issue at all. Beds were soft and comfortable the toilets were perfect and everything in top condition to give you a fresh feeling. Close from the train station and friendly staff checked in 1 hour early with not so a word of rejection from staff absolutely perfect.

This was my first time booking a hotel for myself without a travel agent and I couldn’t believe what I had to go through with payment because the hotel doesn’t accept debit cards , I don’t own a credit card (which was new to me), I later on googled this and found that I was not the only one and that this process was normal . This experience allowed me to have so much more respect for travel agents and such companies because I wouldn’t want to go through this process for a second time

From the outside it's a classic French building with turrets but inside it's modern. The rooms are clean and spacious as are the bathrooms with a large walk in shower. There are tea and coffee facilities in the room and a hairdryer. The reception is a mix of modern furniture and lighting with a small bar that is available on request. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is perfect. A short walk to the old town, the seafront, restaurants and shops
