ZEN is a spacious apartment with a bedroom and a sleeping area located a few seconds walk from the Promenade des Anglais and beaches.



Decorated very warm and welcoming with a beautiful statue of Buddha.

Its elevated sleeping area gives a certain charm to the main room and its exposed beams. It is equipped with 2 large sofas allowing you to spend friendly moments in the living room.



The apartment has free WIFI internet by fiber optic access and air conditioning.





In just a few seconds walk you will be on the beaches, and the pedestrian street with its many shops and restaurants.

Then you will reach Place Masséna, the famous Avenue Jean Médecin and its shops, as well as the Old Nice where you can discover all the local specialties.

The living room includes 2 large sofas, a coffee table, a flat screen TV and air conditioning.

From the living room you access the sleeping area by the steps. You will find a nice double bed.



ENTRANCE:

In the entrance is a large wardrobe.



BEDROOM :

The relaxing room has storage cupboards and a comfortable double bed.



KITCHEN:

The independent kitchen is equipped with a fridge, a dishwasher, a freezer, an oven, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster and a coffee machine.

There is also a dining area with a dining table for 4 people.



BATHROOM :

The bathroom has a nice shower, a vanity, a towel hook, a hairdryer and a toilet.

There is also a washing machine.
