Great location, so close to the best areas of Nice. In between the tram/train stations and old town. 5 minutes to each. The balcony is more of a window, but the place has air conditioning which was so nice. Highly recommend

Clean apartment in vibrant area

Really lovely apartment with great facilities. The lift is an added bonus, especially in this part of Nice. The long windows and canopy were great at this time of year to keep the rooms cool. The balcony is very small. We had to bring the table into the apartment to use the chairs. Also be aware that this is a very busy area, the ground floor on all sides are restaurants/cafes which were open to modnight or 1am. We loved feeling part of the bustle, so was no issue for us but others might struggle with the late nights, then bins being emptied at 8am!

Posizione centralissima

Appartamento ristrutturato in pieno centro ben attrezzato.
