The flat offers a living room with an open kitchen, a large terrace with dining area and outdoor amenities. The two bedrooms offer air conditioning and electric shutters. It offers a large shower room room with washing machine. All shops and restaurants are down the building. Carras is a very attractive area with plenty of amenities, the beach with water sports and the tramway station. From there you will be in the old town Cours Saleya in less than 15 minutes. Perfect for a holiday rental in Nice
