Pretty good located but the service was REALLY BAD for the price we paid for the room. No wifi password given spontaneously I had to ask myself, no advices received about were to go/visit nor what/where to eat, no information where to park our rent car except in their expensive car park. FYI you can park your car in the street around the hotel and move it the next day before 8:30AM (free of charge from 8:00PM to 8:30AM). Fortunately except the personal of this hotel, people from Nice were very friendly and helpful.

A quick two night break in nice. The room was very stylish and comfortable, quite spacious with a small balcony. Little kitchenette with fridge/microwave/toaster/hobs,very handy. Decent location not too far from center. The pool on the roof is quite small but accommodated whoever was there and great spot to catch the sun.

My partner and I stayed here for 2 nights. The hotel is in a great location within walking distance of the Marina and Old Town. We had a balcony in our room which was great. The room was comfy with free air con. The reception staff were lovely and always willing to help. The rooftop pool is a nice extra, however it is very tiny. I did think there would be a rooftop bar or bar in the hotel but unfortunately this wasn't the case. This wasn't a big let down as we spent most of our time out and about. Nice is lovely but very expensive. I would come back as we had a great time

We arrived at the hotel to the best welcome we had ever at any hotel by Thierry. He gave us so much information and tips about area. We loved Nice but for the kids the pool was very welcome addition at the end of hot day, 36 degrees !!! Had large supermarket next door which was great.

We picked this hotel for the location ( walking distance to tram and train) and walked away overjoyed with our choice. We had two rooms. One for our daughter and husband and a family suite for my 2 adult kids and my hubby and I. Both rooms clean, spacious and had all utensils needed to prepare quick snacks or lunches. Whatever we did not have the front desk quickly aided us with. Large shopping center across street also has grocery store so it really cut the cost on lunches for us. Loved it

room was nice and clean with kitchenette and balcony. on negetive side cleaning maid gave only 1 hand towel instead of two. wifi was not strong. we could not connect 2 smart phones and call from applications. At breakfast they do not give ready half/full boiled eggs. they make us prepare in their luke warm water, which can take maybe 45 minitues or more to get a full boiled egg ready. we had to tell every time about missing food to fill up. Dinning room staff is inefficient. there was no room service during our stay. finished Liquid soaps and toilet papers we were told to collect from reception. .

We come here for a six-day Their room it's big have a kitchen All the area it's very quiet and close to every where near the hotel it's have the supermarket in a shopping center and a lot of The train station and it's five-minute The desk worker here so very very nice in the hotel it's have a washer and dryer I ask For iron and I get it immediately it's was nice to stay in this hotel

First of all, I won't ever stay here again unless the WiFi is fixed. On average the throughput was around 14k (dial-up speed). It really is a reason to stay somewhere else. You feel like you are in the Third World in terms of internet access since there is no option to upgrade to paid, faster internet option. There's Ethernet in the room too, but its no faster. If you have any work to do, if you need to Skype anyone or if you want to catch up on social media, this is NOT the hotel for you. That said, the apartments at this hotel are a little small but generally pleasing. There's a mini kitchen in the 1 bedroom suite I was staying in. The room design has the WC in the entrance hall and the bathroom without a toilet as an ensuite. The kitchenette in my room was pretty basic with little in the way of storage. There didn't seem to be any sharp knives e.g. for cutting bread / meat etc. But a set of 4 forks, knives, spoons etc. The living room has a small balcony looking into a quadrangle but no seats on the balcony and frankly its not that pleasing to look out to. The towels were worn and thin. In fact I don't think I've stayed in a West-European hotel with such poor towels. The bedding is also pretty lack-lustre but to its credit, this hotel is generally quiet and I've been able to sleep soundly. This property lets itself down in so many ways, which is a pity as conceptually an apartment-hotel is perfect for a stay in Nice of around a week. However I feel absolutely trapped by the lack of usable internet and no excuse from the hotel (e.g. the hotel is full at the moment) can justify the poor level of internet service.

Went there during the low season for 2 nights so we just needed a place to spend the night. Located right next to the supermarket and a McDonald's as well as a bus stop so very easy to get to and from it. Since we were in the low season time the area felt a bit deserted at night.

I had a one week holiday in Nice with my girlfriend and we stayed in this hotel. We paid the 'city tax' with cash on arrival and they forced us to pay it again when checking out. Also not a single cleaning on 7 day stay?? Located near a good supermarket and train station. Far away from everything else.
