Just returned after A 7 night stay for a conference. The hotel was within walking distance to the convention center. The front desk was responsive but only 1 of the staff members was somewhat friendly. The room I got was on the 6th floor in the rear section of the building. Needed a separate elevator which was located near a storage area. It was very small. Being at a long conference I needed an iron and closet space. No iron. Minimal closet space for suits. No drawers. Basically had to keep most of my clothes in my suitcase. The bed was uncomfortable and I had back pain all week. The WiFi was spotty at best. Not recommended especially for the price.

We arrived late at night and upon check in there was no polite greetings. Instead the first thing we were told was you will not have clean towels, or your room cleaned or bed made up whilst staying here, as you are in a self catering room. If you want any of this you have to pay 6 Euros. Also, if you run out of toilet roll you have to go to reception to ask for more. However, during the stay there was another friendly and helpful young guy at reception.

Plus: - proximity to Old Town, public transportation, a shopping center, restaurants etc - soundproof walls (we couldn’t hear any noises from the other rooms) and carpet on the hallways - the kitchenette stuff in the room - TV stations in several languages - perfumed soaps in the bathroom Minus: - poor WiFi in the room (better in front of the reception) - small pool (area) on the rooftop - no furniture in the balconies (like 2 chairs and a small table??)

We’ve stayed here a few times now (two adults/two children aged 9 & 7) and it works for us. There are some negatives such as poor WiFi signal and compact rooms but ultimately you get what you pay for. The location is excellent for a family stay as it’s close to Nice Riquier train station with easy access to Villefranche, Antibes etc which is where we tend to head for a day at the beach/water park . You can also easily walk into central Nice or jump on the tram which is close by. There’s a mall across the street with supermarket which is handy to grab lunch and dinner essentials if you’ve chosen not to eat out. The pool is small but adequate for smaller kids and the room was comfortable enough. If you’re planning on staying in your room all day then look elsewhere, however, if you’re a family looking for a good base and plan to be out and about exploring, this hotel offers great value.

The good points for the apart-hotel is the general location, as it is close to the Old Town, the harbour, a supermarket and the tram system. The pool is adequate if not a little small and was crowded at times. Unfortunately, when we arrived we were not given the type of room we had booked 10 months in advance. We were given no apology or reason for why was this was so. We had to complain repeatedly before we were given what we had booked. The staff kept telling us that we had more room with the alternative. This may well be the case, but it was not useable space (eg what good is having two corridors?). The rooms were in a poor state. The first room had a ripped headboard, the shelf that the safe was on was coming off the wall, there was a chunk out of one of the doors and the blinds were ripped. The second room we were given had a missing light bulb, a door falling apart (you could see the paper honeycomb construction) and the TV did not work (this was a simple problem with the cable, but surely this should have been checked before allocating the room). The carpet was marked in several places and there were scuff marks on the walls. The rooms are advertised as having wi-fi but neither room we had had any reception. The only place we could get any signal was in the reception. The reception staff were very unhelpful when we complained about our room allocation. As the title says - Very Disappointing

I traveled to nice and stayed at this hotel for 9 nights with my mum on holiday, only I left after the first night and demanded a full refund. As me and my mum walked into the room we say something on the floor in between the bed. It was a condom !!! It was in visible sight!!! Does this mean the rooms are not cleaned I do not know, I was mortified. Then proceeded to tell the man at the reception who said that they were fully booked so there was nothing he could do except offer us the room to be re cleaned the next day. I then decided to get a refund the next day and book an air BnB which was overall 300 euros cheaper with no condoms and we had the whole appartment to our selfs. ROOMS ARE SMALL NOTHING LIKE PICTURES HAIR ON BEDS CONDOM ON FLOOR AND DISNT EVEN RECIEVE A FULL REFUND DISGUSTED

Me and my boyfriend stayed here from 13th July for a week.we arrived at about 11am and our room was ready straight away so that was good.the room was a ok size and kitchen area was satisfactory and the bathroom was nice with hot shower everyday.air conditioning was lovely and well needed after a day in the sun.the hotel wasn't to far from sea front and shops and had shops outside hotel as well.the only down side is have to pay 18 euros a day for room cleaning and no new towels all week.and pool area had no sun lounger or anything to sit on except burning hot floor not relaxing at all .plus balcony had no table or chairs and wasn't allowed to use the ones in your room .I wouldn't come bk here again .

Convenient place to stay, near the old town and with a mall with Carrefour in front of it. Staff is not very friendly though. Room was good for 3 nights but WiFi is terrible. Breakfast is not that great, better to try any of the cafes around the city.

This Appart’Hôtel is conveniently located in the Acropolis/Congres area a couple blocks from the tram and the Riquier train station. It is clean and modern with good air conditioning. We did not try the breakfast as we took advantage of some nice patisseries in the area. There is a shopping center across the street with a large Carrefour which is so convenient. We would definitely use the facility again when we return. Once you become familiar with the area, it is a 10-15 walk to old town.

We stayed at this hotel with a group of 45 people. This place is nest and clean and the rooms are very spacious.Good breakfast is included. The location of the hotel is also ideal. We found the staff also friendly.
