Lovely staff and nice location!!!

This was the best Ibis hotel I’ve ever stayed in mainly because of the lovely staff, the hotel itself was located in a nice area with easy to find restaurants and travel options the tram and train station is only a very short walk away. My 5 year old son loved the table football located in the reception area. On the whole we were delighted with our stay.

Fair price for simple stay

Very clean room with a floor. Fair room for the price. Wi-Fi available. The number of towels were not very satisfactory, just a bath towel, want smaller ones. I could not find a closet, but it was ok for me since I just needed to stay one night. Overall, satisfactory for the price, not a fancy room with great confort though.

Bad experience. Hotel not close to the center.

Room was small water from the shower all over. Front desk worker are not helpful we had to pay to use iron, I had to go downtown Stairs to get what requested. If you needs something such as towel or toilet paper the guest have to go downstairs and get it yourself. Hotel is not close to the center.

Fabulous 3 Nights

Had a great 3 night stay here. The staff were very friendly & helpful, Stefanie checked us in a gave loads of information and a local map. Nothing was too much trouble answering all our questions and helped with bus & train enquiries, even printing off our boarding passes. The room was huge on the 5th floor, very clean with lovely crisp bed linen on a large super king bed. Extra pillows were in the wardrobe & they were so comfy too. The room had a flat screen to, air conditioning and a sofa and desk & chair. The bathroom was huge and had a bath with shower, there was a hairdryer and soap/body wash/shampoo. Plenty of towels for the 2 of us. We decided to have breakfast at the hotel and we weren't disappointed, there was something for everyone & I'd highly recommend it, especially the Madeleine's that were brought out hot at regular intervals so delicious, there was also the usual cold meats & cheeses, breads, croissants, pain au chocolate, little pancakes, cereals, yoghurts & fresh fruit. They even supplied little brown bags to take fruit out for the day, really good value at 9.90e each, we filled ourselves up and then didn't need anything until dinner time! The bar and small garden was nice for a drink after a day out exploring before going out again for the evening. The hotel is situated about 15/20 minute walk to either the port, promenade des anges and the old town. A little bit away from the hustle and bustle of the town which suiite

Comfortable and quiet

Quiet location. Very friendly staff particularly the reception. Room clean and tidy, with effective air conditioning. Bed very comfortable and extra pillows on the shelves. Would have been nice to have tea coffee making facilities in the room, although I know they are available 24 hours at the ground floor bar area.

Great hotel. Friendly staff. Close to Acropolis.

I stayed here in 2015, when attending a conference at the Nice Acropolis (5 mins walk away), so it was an obvious pick when returning for a similar event. My room was actually nicer this time, which was a bonus. Not much to do at this end of town (10 mins walk to busier part of town, 30 mins walk to beach). Close to Carrefour supermarket however.
