On the second floor of an old building, TERRE et MER will surprise you with its warm and welcoming interior. With 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large sitting-room/dining-room and a lovely balcony, it can easily host up to 6 guests. A well equipped and organized kitchen completes this property. AC, WIFI, bedding, and linens are all included.

The whole property of 73sqm is for you to use and is not shared with anyone.

Late check-in Fees (excluding Check-in Fee for Christmas/ New Year’s): Arrivals at the apartment between 8pm and 10pm: 20€, between 10pm and midnight: 30€, between midnight and 1am: 50€, after 1am it is up to the check-in manager to check you in or not and the fee is 100€.
