The stay was great, I was worried after reading some reviews but think it was good overall. My main issue was that was a lack of surfaces in the flat, only one table in the room and no separate outside table but that's not the end of the world. Flat was very clean though and everything basic provided and the pool was lovely. In terms of location, nothing that the hotel can do themselves but I would say it's somewhat difficult to stay here without a car, we did manage with buses but they stop at 9:30pm (but there are taxis). There is a 50 euro deposit requested on arrival, but the website says 200 so that should be updated. You are also expected to remove your rubbish or pay a cleaning fee, but without having a car this is quite difficult. Overall a good stay!

No air conditioning that was working, room was quite warm. The pillows were terrible, had to be at least 25 years old. There was no wifi available in the rooms only in the common spaces. We stayed for 3 nights and never got fresh towels, we had to go to reception to request it. Room was relatively clean.Staff is very friendly.

The pros of the property are that it is clean and the staff are very kind! The negatives (that I wish I would have known) are that it’s an hour walk (or 40 minute bus ride) to the train station and old town Antibes. Next time, I would just reserve a hotel on the train line in a different town (it would be much easier). Also, the room is very basic: uncomfortable bed, even more uncomfortable pillows, no glass, no drinking water. The breakfast was incredibly disappointing - not many options - definitely skip it.

Superb staff. Great place to stay. There is a bus in to Antibes and Nice. A Carrefour supermarket nearby also. To add in a McDonald's and Burger King if you wish. The Hotel has a swimming pool and Gym. There is so much to do in the area that we used it as a base mainly to spend time at Antibes old Town, Nice and Monaco. Great experience one to do. Great and friendly people.

Ideal location for Antibes, Cannes, Nice & Monaco. Carrefour a short walk across the main road. We stayed in the 3 bed suite Esterel & really nice apartment. Arrived out of hours, due to a delayed flight and reception provided access to the apartment. Only issue during the stay, was the fire alarm sounded & we couldn't hear it in the apartment.
