Great place to stay both apartment and location

Clean and has everything you need for a holiday. Garage parking was a great benefit. Two minute walk from a lovely beach and within a short walk of the Old Town

The property was very nice.

The property was in a great location across the street from the beach. We really enjoyed the apartment. It was clean and well maintained. We did have to pay extra for towels and linen and we had to go out of our way to pick up the key (65 euros, taxi cost). There was no hand soap, shampoo or conditioner in the apartment. Regarding customer service: The office closed at 6:00 p.m. and unfortunately when we arrived and took two showers the hot water was cold. It was 6:05 p.m. I had to call the next day. They told me how to change the water heater default switch at the fuse box. Apparently, this had happened before because there was a note in English about how to turn on the water heater. The next day it was fine but after that the switched defaulted back and turned off and no hot water after one shower (again after 6:00 p.m.). We did have a shelf break because the water bottles in the small refrigerator got caught on the door and caused it to hit the glass shelf and break. We had a charge on our credit card for $70.00 for that shelf. Just be careful not to put too much on the shelf. We did enjoy the location and the lovely apartment but this is no AIRBNB, you cannot get anything extra. I did request extra pillows and was denied . It turned out there were enough pillows for me so, it was fine. We did have a few problems trying to get in but once we figured out how the key and code worked it was fine. Beside not having beach towels and some cold showers, we did enjoy our stay.

Parfait

Emplacement impeccable, nos enfants adultes et adolescents ont apprécié de pouvoir aller à pied en ville autant qu'ils le voulaient. L'appartement est grand, bien équipé et bien entretenu, quelques insectes et poussière derrière les lits expliquent l'étoile en moins pour la propreté, mais rien de gênant. Les placards partout permettent de vider les valises et de garder l'appartement rangé, nous étions 6 personnes et avions toute la place nécessaire. Le parking en sous-sol est un double parking sécurisé, avec accès direct à l'ascenseur, très appréciable. Les deux salles de bain (douche) sont confortables et spacieuses. Nous aurions aimé avoir des carafes à eau, et le bruit de la circulation empêche malheureusement de prendre les repas sur le balcon. Mais les baies vitrées sont parfaitement insonorisées et permettent de profiter de la vue tranquillement. Nous étions nombreux pour le déjeuner de Noël et la pièce de séjour se prêtait parfaitement à un repas festif, avec toute la vaisselle et les chaises nécessaires !
