The stay was pleasant enough but this AC Hotel is not as nice as some. First, the stuff was pretty agreeable and helpful in general. However, the valet who would take our cars were always standing around talking inside each time we came back to drop off out care and they would not come outside then they us pull up. we'd wait and wait and then have to go inside to get them - and there they were just standing around.The rest of the staff was pretty responsive. But valet parking was not too expensive - about 15 euros a day. The room furnishings, floors, molding, etc are dated and need updating although the bathroom fixtures have been updated. the rooms are ok size by french standards and the ac works well. The main thing we had a difficult time getting over was the pervasive odor smell in the lobby as soon as you stepped in and the hallways. It doesn't seem like a cleaning agent, but is bad and is 24/7. Luckily, NOT in the rooms. The indoor pool and work out facility are under construction. The outside pool area is very nice. The breakfast buffet is great with lots of fresh fruit choices which we love. and the staff there again was excellent. they have a nice bar area and restaurant but we didn't eat there. The location is excellent - very close to the beaches and many restaurants. I would stay there again and would be interested in seeing the imprints which i'm sure will continue to be made.

I was really pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Spotlessly clean, lovely room, charming staff and inexpensive (I booked via British Airways holidays). I only needed a bed for a couple of nights but really enjoyed my stay here. HIghly recommended.

From the moment we arrived the service was 1st class from the porter to the reception staff to the waiting staff to the maids and certainly to the managers it was unbelievable service. We were a party of four in the junior suites which were so spacious, comfortable, and very clean. We had a double balcony one with a sunlounger and the other with table and chairs. Bed was very comfortable, tea coffe making faciiities, empty fridge save for free bottles of water, separate shower and bath with lots of toiletries. We booked the hotel principally for the indoor pool and fitness facilities, however, the pool was closed for maintenance. I spoke to the managers in regards to this and this is when they showed their class.,,they offered a free dinner in the hotel and as it was my husbands birthday we of course accepted, It was amazing they really went the extra mile, the food was delicious but the chef made a birthday cake complete with candles and marzipan birthday message,,unbelievable, The hotel was spotlessly clean, with very pleasant furnishings but it is the air of calm and most importantly the staff. Location wise was perfect just 5 minutes from the seafront, with bars and restaurants nearby and the train station just a 10 minute walk away, If you have the opportunity visit EZE a train ride and bus ride away..spectacular. I would most certainly recommend this hotel

I cannot commend this hotel highly enough! There were 21 people in my party all staying at this hotel to surprise my husband for his 40th birthday. The hotel is absolutely stunning, the photos on the website do not do it justice. Everyone in my group seemed to get an upgrade so our rooms were huge - walk in wardrobe, separate toilet, lounge area and 2 balconies. I also received 2 bottles of champagne with chocolates and a lovely platter of fruit along with a card wishing my husband a happy birthday. Breakfast was lovely, pool area very peaceful and relaxing but most importantly the staff were incredible. I used Facebook messenger to contact the hotel and was fortunate enough to be in contact with a staff member named Cecile Loirat. I was having difficulties making arrangements for my group and she took over everything completely for me. She booked a local restaurant, helped organise our party to go to the casino in Monte Carlo, organised a bus transfer for us to get there and helped organise deposits and casino entry for me. What a credit to the Marriott Group!!!! She took all the stress and anxiety away and made my planning so much easier. I would love to return to this hotel and enjoy the area another time as it is so beautiful with so much to see and do.

Hotel was very clean staff very helpful.We had a suite on the 6th floor. The hotel is very convenient to get to the beach & town.Ate at some very good restaurants.Ruben Blue was very good also the Jettee both on the beach all in all Juan is a very very nice holiday town

We stayed here for 5 nights after staying in Paris for 5 nights. We arrived by train, luggage in tow, and it took us about 15 minutes walking to find the hotel. It is tucked a bit behind the main area but that is no problem. The walk to the private beach is about 10 minutes. We did not use it, we preferred the public (free) beach. The private beach was clean, small and looked inviting. It was definitely less crowded than the public beach. There is an office type building in between the hotel and the restaurant streets/beach. In the basement of this office building is a huge Casino Supermarche. We used this to pick up drinks, etc. It takes about 2 minutes to get there. The staff was warm and inviting, made sure we felt comfortable in asking for help at any time (which we didn't need). They do have public computers and printers in the large lobby area. Please note, however, that due to firewall protections, you may not be able to print boarding passes. I tried 3 computers for 30 minutes without success. The lobby was large with lots of seating. We did not use the restaurant or bar but it everything was aesthetically pleasing, clean and inviting. The breakfast area was always busy in the mornings and had a lot of outdoor seating. The pool area is lovely. We did enjoy some time around the pool but the water was too cold to get into. The pool was a top reason for choosing this hotel and I was unable to use it because of the temperature. All pools should have heaters! hint, hint We had a pool view room with balcony. We enjoyed the view and balcony. I probably wouldn't pay extra for pool view again but the views facing the side street might get more traffic noise. There are some noisy scooters around, lol, but nothing to fret over. The room was clean and newly renovated. It was small but functional. We had a a couple of English speaking channels (one more than we had in Paris). There is a mini-fridge with items inside. We did not remove anything but we did add an item or two of our own. We were never charged for moving things around in the fridge. Housekeeping did a good job and was friendly. Our room was always cleaned during the day. There are ice machines paper buckets near the elevator. Although there was a large group present, we never had to wait for an elevator. I didn't see any holds on our credit card and I was charged exactly the quoted rate. We would definitely stay here again.

I have stayed all throughout the French Riviera and the customer service, lead by Manage Laura, is the best I've encountered. The location is very good. Off of the beaten track yet nestled between Noce and Cannes. Easy walk to the beach and to the train station. Plenty of good restaurants close by. The staff here has always gone beyond and above to meet my needs. Laura even had one of her team members hand deliver the shaving kit I left at her hotel to my new hotel room at the AC Marriott Hotel in Nice!

Submitted the following letter to the hotel last week and haven't heard back from them: "We have just returned from staying at AC Ambassadeur in Room 435 where we stayed for a week. We were asked on arrival to provide a credit card to cover any potential expenses, and although we are aware that this is standard practice, your organisation has a reputation for being reluctant and slow to return any deposits taken, so we were very careful to pay for any services that we used and not to charge anything to the room. However, during the last night of our stay, the toilet flush broke, with the result that we had to be moved to Room 437 at 3.30am. This obviously ruined our last night and the subsequent morning as a result. When we approached Reception next morning and explained what had happened, we were offered a complimentary breakfast as compensation for the inconvenience. This was arranged and authorised by Elizabeth and we were told that although it would be initially charged to our room, she would refund this and there would be no charge to us on the card. Later that morning, we asked Elizabeth for our total remaining bill and we were again told that the only outstanding amount was the City Tax and that the card would not have any charges on it. When we checked out however, the breakfast had been added to the bill after all. Again, we explained the situation and we were again told that it had been removed and that the City Tax (which we paid separately) would be our only charge. We regret to tell you that on our return home, we have discovered that your organisation has deducted the breakfast from our card after all. Needless to say, we are disappointed and furious that your systems are so loose that we can be personally guaranteed something on three separate occasions by your staff, only to find that their words are worthless. We have already had the end of our holiday ruined by this, and now we find ourselves having to spend more time chasing up a sum of money that you had no right to charge us in the first place. We had intended to return to Juan-les-Pins some time soon but this incident has reinforced your company's reputation for taking advantage of customers' credit cards and we would not currently recommend you as a trustworthy place to stay. We look forward to hearing from you in the very near future to confirm that the sum has been refunded (including transaction charge) and we welcome your suggestions as to how you will compensate us for the distress you have caused." Apart from that, the indoor pool/spa was out of service for the entire week we were there, the outdoor pool was closed at least once from 4pm for the rest of the day because of a "private function". I thought we had paid for usage of the facilities as well. Staff very rude and not very helpful.

We had a great time here especially because of the hospitality and service provided by the Manager Mr. Phillipe who went out his way to ensure that we enjoyed our stay to the fullest. He is certainly what the hospitality industry is all about. An asset to the hotel.

Stayed for four days. Breakfast was very nice with various choice of warm and cool food. A lot of drinks and nice place to sit both outside and inside The room was nice with good cleaning and generous small bath bottles. Pool are was big and easy to find a bed.
