The hotel was nice but every time a door shut it was as if it was being slammed. Woke up early because of that issue. Woke up at 7:30am to the sound of someone using a drill or sawzal.

All weekend they put fraudulent charges on my card and they told me it was straightened out but the total charges were 200$. But when I asked why I was never refunded they said my room smelled like marijuana and they said they would not refund me my money I don't smoke I didn't smoke and they showed me no proof Of this which they said they would. This is a multi billion dollar corporation and I make less than a 100k a year I felt bullied and deprived of my manhood they just took my money and I can't do anything about it!

It was a nice place but dated. Carpets ripped in hallways ,rooms furniture old.

there was a horrible odor on our floor (6th). as soon as you got off of the elevator it hit you! same odor in our room. I complained to the front desk who told me they would talk to the manager about it - they never asked for my name, or anything in order to get back to me about what was going on. it was never taken care of. Not happy about that at all.

Bkfast not included and that sucks. So didn't like thst

We had no issues. great location Having two great restaurants within the hotel was a definite plus.

Nice, comfortable & clean. Stayed for overnight. Easy access to Casino, restaurants & free parking. Also gave some play money for casino.

The stay was ok. A bit noisy if you stay towards the front side of the building and have a fire alarm go off in the morning.

Nice hotel, friendly staff. Clean, comfortable room. No view of the falls, but it's only a short walk to see them. TGIFriday's food was good with good service and fair prices. Pet friendly. I would go back.

Everything was perfect. Except the swimming pool was closed for maintenance. Make sure to check the swimming pool availability before check in.

We stayed at this hotel for New Years Eve. The staff as extremely helpful and friendly. However, it would have been nice it there were some type of easy transportation to the Canada side of niagara falls. Easy access to the Seneca falls casino, right across the way, and about a 5 minute drive to the Niagara falls outlets.

Staff was very friendly and the hotel was convenient to most all falls adventures

We booked at the Sheraton given it's location to the Falls. Upon arrival, the hotel appeared run down compared to other Sheraton locations we've stayed at. Room was fine, but nothing special. Some construction in our wing was underway. Staff was very courteous and provided good information for getting around and seeing the sights.

All things positive, only thing is that I did not find it a good value for money.

Location is absolutely perfect! Walking distance to falls, casino, restaurants and Rainbow Bridge. TGI Fridays is right there for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Starbucks is right there for other times! Pool was very nice. Hotel was clean. Staff were very helpful and concierge desk staff were PARTICULARLY helpful! Hotel even gives you vouchers for casino play! How great is that? If I had to give any complaint at all.... it would be that there are no drapes or blinds for the window (only sheers). We had the casino lights all night long!

Had handicapped room. Chair placed in front of the door could not get in with out help

Outside looks a little bit older. Great Room great service. Pillows were awesome and soft. Right across the street from the Casino. Free beer and wine everyday from 5-7pm for all guests is excellent.
