I really like this hotel. Staff are always friendly and helpful. It’s very quiet. My mum and I come to NOTL atleast once a year and this is the one place we like to stay. I have never had a bad experience here. Than you!

Front desk staff was friendly and made check in easy. Rooms are quiet and clean. Area is very safe. Only one disappointment, the Expedia listing states spa and hot tub and they do not have either one.

The hotel was located in a quiet area of town. The room was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast area was well stocked with various food options, and the breakfast attendant was friendly. Check in and out were very easy processes. It was a very good experience overall, and I’d stay here again.

Centre to Niagara on the Lake. Very quiet, clean rooms. Good breakfast. Good firm mattress and lots of towels. It snowed night before and they didn’t clear the snow in the parking lot. Also, we tried to checkin an hour before the allowed time. Receptionist said room was ready however we would have to pay $40 extra for that small amount of time. We waited outside for a hour a came back. Otherwise everything else was great.

It's a very dated hotel, but this was my second time staying here, so no real complaints. Breakfast is very good. The fitness room could use some updates, but it's better than nothing. Rooms are comfortable. There is no elevator and you need a step ladder to get into and out of the shower, so just be forewarned.
