Blower is broke, cannot close the fridge, hallway is so hot. TV is crt. Location is great!
It was 11 PM at night and I was desperate to just go somewhere fairly cheap just to sleep. I checked Orbitz and this hotel was close and cheap so I started heading there. I didn't book the room through Orbitz because I wanted to see if the hotel offered a better rate at the desk. When I arrived the woman at the front desk told me that she only had a room with a king bed and jacuzzi available for $89 + tax... I told her that the Orbitz website said they had rooms with just a queen bed for $60. She insisted on telling me that it won't allow me to book because she didn't have any of those rooms available. Instead of just taking her word for it I chose to pull out my phone and book it through Orbitz. While doing so she kept saying "There's no way it's going to let you do that because I don't have those rooms available". I then said "Well that's fine... I'll book it through here and then you can give me what's available". Her demeanor was sour the entire time as she went through the process of getting me a room. Surprise surprise when I went to the room it was a queen bed like I had asked for that she insisted on telling me she "didn't have".
The room was terrible, bathroom deplorable, fro day one, we couldn't get it clean, the room dingy, the carpet dirty scared to walk on it from arrival, sheets didn't fit. The staff so so the kitchen lady rude.
Was a cheap hotel, and because of that, we had minimal luxury and that's fine. Like I said, was what I expected.
Not good as expected, bad smell , no room spray before we are in and no hand soap in restroom. Bad smell even in corridor.
Rooms are old and dirty . They can make a better way to look nicer
Very old bad conditions extra dirty etc.. To much money for the conditions and very small bed for 3 ppl also nasty blankets... I guess the area located was great very close to the falls
The toilets were leaking and the entire carpet was wet. It was so bad that I'll never ever stay in another America's Best value inn.
Rooms are dirty and are infested with bed bugs. Even the hallways are not vacuumed. Bed liners have blood stains from bed bugs. You pay 100 bucks to stay awake the whole night and end up with rashes all over the body and carry bugs home.
They must be the owner of the place and somewhat very rude. the place is very dirty hairs, stains, and the smells in every room we reserve is just unacceptable. Breakfast room? you are being watch and its like the staff is always there behind you watching how much did you eat already. very annoying. im sorry but that how it happens....when we arrived at the hotel she never smile, or greet us or welcome us to there hotel, as we enter our rooms the bedding were so dirty and stains, went back to the offce and ask if we can have a new clean beddings she said they just clean the place and she got upset, very rude...so she gave us new beddings but we have to do it ourselves. we are tired from a long ride and this is what we get and paid for???? nope no way im recommending to anyone....
This hotel is really a motel. Arrived late and had to search for someone to check me in. The room did not have light bulbs in the lamp. The check in girl came with bulbs but still one lamp did not work. We found ants in our bed as well as in the bathroom. There was an actual hole in the mattress with foam protruding. Breakfast was minimal and check in and out was very difficult trying to find staff to communicate with. Still it isn't far from the falls and free bus service downtown.
Well it was an emergency booking. For the price per night you get what you pay for.
Its not a great place to stay, but no complaints. Its conveniently located, rooms are decent and clean. Basic breakfast. Reasonably priced. Value for money.
Nice hotel, just i had to ring the bell several times to get someone from the back to attend me.
Overall Nice experience. Value for money and Location was good
Wall was dirty, bathroom door wasn't lock properly. Bed sheet and pillow look like 50 years old and dirty.
The location is great for Canadian cross border shopping, 5 min away from Fashion Outlet which has Saks and Burberry etc. Breakfast can be improved, a simple waffle machine could improve a bit. The towels look very old, the sheets are not much better. An update is definitely needed.
The AC was ancient and was not cooling at all. The colors on walls of the rooms were spilt over. Bathroom was disgusting and did not have an exhaust fan. Not a worthy place at all.
big clean rooms good location, great price, lots of shopping in the area free contanental breakfast with coffee tea and juice
The from desk agent was very nice and accommodating but the property is in terrible conditions. Filthy, horrible smell, dirty, outdated, third-world less than 1 star class. Big mistake!
