Outlook and the view from the hotel is ok but the service was Terrible. First of all it was really hard to communicate with them they always use google translator nd takes a while to get a response. And please dont order food ther the service and the food wr horrible .
I like the location of this hotel, very near the beach and the surrounding area is very quiet. The view from my hotel room is nice. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room I rented was clean and quite big, a bed is not so soft but still fine. 1 thing I do not like is the swimming pool. It's small and not so clean.
Over rated. Air conditioner barely worked, could not get extra towels, general dissatisfaction with customer service. Pool not good. If you want a secluded off the way place, you might consider this, but getting around is difficult. Even beach, while secluded, is boring (no sellers of fruit beverages for example).
I and my family booked 02 rooms and stayed for 5 nights. The staff were lovely. I would like to thank Mr. Ly Ba Quyet who is so kind and professional. We will be back to Paragon Villa hotel next year. Luy Nguyen.
Hotel is located quite far from the city center but it has a fresh and beautiful scenery. Great breakfast with many delicious food. Nice bedroom with royal style and bathroom with dark tone. this hotel is suitable for families and friends to relax in Nha Trang.
Hotel located in a very good and calm place. Not a problem to reach city center by taxi around 3 USD one way. But the beach is very small and during our stay there were a couple of boats and I do not know from boats or somwere else water was spoiled by excrements and was not possible to swim. And to say that it was very inconvenient means to say nothing. Also staff in restaurant is not polite and sometimes behaves aggresievly. My wife was ill and they did not allow to bring her even a small plate of rice.
Beautiful hotel with friendly staff! Especially the reception staff was wonderful! Room was clean, view ok. Food was good but restaurant was open very badly. Felt it was always closed 😄 thankfully room service worked for free! Also wifi worked well. Location was not the best. 3-4km from the centre. By taxi about 100.000dongs. Three free shuttle buses per day but didn't really fit our schedule. We were there three nights and we liked a lot! Private beach was beautifull and water was clean. No bar in the private beach though and no sun beds for all. Nice to spend some quiet time away from the hazzle of the city centre.
The most revolting hotel on the planet and that's being generous. PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE. As we're compelled to write more, no air con in communal areas, food disgusting and took ages to arrive, no outside terrace or seating area, nasty fag pong in room, just nasty overall.
We knew something was wrong with our hotel selection when we found out our cab ride to the hotel was 3km from Nha Trang city. Upon arriving we were told that our rooms wouldn't be ready for a while and to sit in the foyer and wait. As we'd come straight from the overnight train we were yet to eat breakfast. When we asked where we could get some food we were told their restaurant was closed and there were no places near by, we would need to cab back into the city to eat then return for check in. We then asked for a map to use as a guide and were told that we needed to return it when we checked out or we'd be charged for it - for a paper map! It was then that we decided to leave and book another hotel in the city of Nha Trang. I can't comment on the rooms as we didn't stay. While the pictures on their website look lovely, it's in the middle of an abandoned Eco tourism plot that hasn't been finished so beware!
The hotel itself is fine considering the price, staff also ok ... but the location itself is covered with garbage and contructions running 7 days a week; the pool separated from the ocean looks nice, but water quality is very poor, probably because of raw sewage from the surrounding settlements. In addition you will have karaoke noise from the opposed island uring the day until night, to be awaked by fishing boats at 4 am next day. Therefore it is not as quiet as you would think because of its remote location.
