The room was nice and had everything we needed. The hotel was centrally located to lots of restaurants and shops. But what really made it stand out was the staff was so friendly. We arrived a little early after traveling all day and our 7 month old baby was exhausted. They were able to find a room that we could check in early so he could sleep comfortably. This is a GOOD 4 star hotel. The staff is kind and helpful. I was very satisfied with my "senior" room at 9th floor. Breakfast is good. Swimming pool area is nice. Will be happy to come back in the future.

The hotel is neat and tidy. Lots of shops, restaurants and spa around the hotel. I stayed in a senior room with King Bed which was nice ( Big window and small balcony). Also, the staff are friendly and helpful, especially the Bellman HUY, he helped me a lot in transportation and restaurant issues. For sure I will stay in this hotel if I travel to Nha Trang again.
