The transportation with the shuttle buses was terrible, at peak times we would wait 20 minutes to then not fit on a bus as other people would stampede each other to get on. Massive amount of Russian tourists, we were the only English speakers within the resort, which made it a very difficult stay. "

"Perfect location to explore Nha Trang. The staff are all very professional and friendly. The room was spacious and has the perfect view over the beach, the hotel has a tunnel to the beach so that we don't have cross the busy road. The only thing we didn't like was the bathroom, there were some visible stains on the floor, and water dripping from the bath. The house keeping team helped clean them up when we asked for a deep clean, and the reception team was willing to change the room for us if the bathroom could not be fix per our request. "
