ay, half of the room was uncomfortably hot due to a malfunctioning cooling system. Despite bringing this to the attention of the staff, the issue was not resolved, and I had to endure a subpar stay.3. **Power Interruption:** Opening the windows or balcony door resulted in a power outage in the room, which was highly inconvenient and indicative of maintenance issues that need urgent attention.4. **Service Quality:** Regrettably, the staff at the breakfast service were unwelcoming and unfriendly, failing to deliver the level of hospitality one would expect from a reputable establishment.Overall, my experience at your hotel fell well below the standards I would associate with a 5-star establishment, resembling more of a budget motel than a luxury accommodation.As a dissatisfied guest, I must convey that I would not recommend your hotel to others seeking a pleasant and comfortable stay.
