Upon check in, woman at front desk barely acknowledged us. Had takeout and a friendly housekeeper showed us where to get a plate. Fire alarm went off, as we were walking down three flights of steps( put on third floor with almost empty parking lot), a fellow occupant told us it was false alarm. No staff member made any contact with us. Will not be staying there

We’ve stayed at this hotel several times when we’re in the area for family occasions. It’s consistently good, nice customer service, convenient location & good quality for the price. The adjacent restaurant/bar is nice, too.

We had a very nice stay. Everything was up to par. Only issue was the fire alarm went off at 12:30 am and it took about 45 minutes to get back into our room.
