Beautiful place in a great location! Walkable to everything but quiet. We enjoyed the private deck, spacious bathrooms and open concept. Everything was clean and well stocked when we arrived and Marcia was a great host. We can’t wait to rent again!

We had a great stay in Newport! Perfect location walking distance to town and cliff walk. Two parking spaces a big plus for the location. Everything clean, comfortable and well stocked with all essentials. Marcia was very easy to coordinate with and even let me know when the unit was ready early and contacted me afterwards with a left item. Would definitely recommend!
