1st Family Vacation with the Grandbabies!

Our family of ten, which includes eight adults and two young children (ages five and three), rented both units for Mother's Day 2025, and the location exceeded our expectations. It was an excellent spot, just steps away from the beach, making it easy for the little ones to walk without getting tired. Both units were equipped with everything we needed—bikes, boards, sand toys, towels, and all the essentials. Additionally, we were very close to Disneyland! We truly enjoyed the best of both worlds! Thank you for the memories.

Perfect Location

The pripwrty has a large dining table that fit our extended family and we enjoyed walks on the beach and use of the outdoor areas. Kitchen was well equiped and neighborhood is quiet.

The property team was right on time to let us in. Great engagement and took a lot of care in getting us set up. Even prior to arrival tons of great easy to read information. The beds were great and comfy. Kitchen appliances are new. Couch covers were okay. Location was amazing… 10 steps from the sand.

Perfect location for a family vacation

We loved our stay at this home and loved our vacation! There were plenty of beds and the location was really just a few steps to the beach. They had plenty of bikes and boogey boards to get around and use. The hosts were very responsive beforehand and gave lots of ideas and suggestions for our stay. Will definitely want to go again!

Beautiful Location for a Fun Weekend

I stayed here with 11 of my friends for a beach weekend. The rooms were a great size for a large group and everyone slept well in super comfy beds. We barbecued on the balcony with a ocean view. You can ride bikes to places nearby or take a short 6 min Uber to town for a night out. We had a blast here!

unbeatable location

The location of this property is unbeatable. The house itself was perfect for our big family of 13 (ages 3-65). We truly enjoyed our bonding time here. The neighborhood was quiet and serene and everyone passing by when we were grilling up some steaks were so friendly! Beds were comfy and everything was clean. My kids loved playing with all the beach toys that came with the house and all the adults loved the fact that everything for the beach is provided for. We hope to stay here again in the future. Perfect Place Perfect Location

Super nice place. We traveled to LA from Minnesota to attend football game. All of us just loved the place. Very spacious great location and everything you could think of was there. Hosts were easy to work with and communicated everything. We all want to go back!

Great Family Vacation - Everything we hoped for!

Great place right by the beach

We rented both the upstairs and downstairs and both were clean. We loved how close it was to the beach. The patios and all the bikes and beach toys. We rented a total of four units from Sheryl and Richard and there were great to work with. We can't wait to go back.

Great location!

We had 7 adults and 8 kids ranging from 4-10. We had more than enough space between the upper and lower level. The place was clean and the amenities were plentiful. They have everything you need to spend your days at the beach. One thing I will note is that if you plan on making any noise, music or cheering while playing games. This is not the place for you. We were told numerous times we needed to keep the noise down because of neighbors that live close by. Keep in mind this is the middle of the day and wayyy before the 10pm ordinance. Owners were even called on one occasion while we weren’t even on the property. Other than that, this is a great property for big group.

Perfect location. Clean. Spacious. Fans in every room. Loved that the place had bikes, chairs, umbrellas and even beach towels, as well as beach toys and shovels. Washer and dryer were convenient. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again!
