LIVING/DINING AREA: - Large U-shaped sectional sofa - TV - Open floor plan with sliding glass doors opening to an ocean view balcony
FRONT BALCONY: - Seating for 2 - Propane gas BBQ/grill - Ocean view
KITCHEN: - Fully stocked with dishes, utensils, cookware, bakeware - Large and small appliances - Table with seating for 8 - Guests must provide their own food, drinks (including coffee), spices, condiments, and paper goods (napkins, plastic wrap, etc.)
EXTRA SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS: To fulfill the maximum occupancy, 1 trifold floor mat is provided (best suited for children) along with extra linens/pillows. A twin rollaway bed can be rented in lieu of the floor mat, if desired. Make arrangements in advance to ensure availability and delivery in time for your arrival.
LINENS: All bed, bath, kitchen, and beach linens for the maximum number of guests are provided as part of the cleaning and linen fee and are neatly prepared for your arrival.
ALSO INCLUDED: - Wi-Fi - Ceiling fans in each room/area - Hair dryer - Iron/ironing board - 4 low-profile beach chairs - Starter supplies: liquid hand soap; dish soap; dishwasher caps; sponge; kitchen trash bags; 2-4 rolls toilet paper; 1 paper towel roll (guests must provide additional amounts, along with their own personal toiletries/shampoo/conditioner)
DUE TO THE TYPICALLY MODERATE COASTAL CLIMATE, THIS HOUSE - LIKE MOST IN THE AREA - DOES NOT HAVE AIR CONDITIONING.
PARKING: 1 space provided in shared double garage, accommodates most regular sized vehicles. Rear alley access. Available general neighborhood parking can also be utilized (metered and unmetered).
LAUNDRY: Free facilities are located inside the unit. Guests must provide all laundry supplies.
