Open up your massive sliding glass doors to expose an incredible breeze and walk onto the sand and into the Pacific Ocean. This house has a Gourmet chefs kitchen with granite countertops that looks directly out to the ocean, a very spacious family room that connects the kitchen and the beach, Dual Master bedrooms, four bedrooms, five full bathrooms, cherry hardwood floors. This beach house is located on the boardwalk which is walking distance to the Newport Pier, many dining locations, the Balboa Fun Zone, and countless activities. This beach house is large enough for many people and also included a garage fit for a midsized car including 3 bikes to use and washer/dryer downstairs.
Come enjoy this little slice of paradise for your vacation oasis. It is beautifully located so you can really explore the many features and attractions of the greater Newport Beach area. Kick your feet up and relax a little bit..
