Family Visit

We came to visit our daughter who lives about a 5 minute walk from the property. The location was perfect and the property was clean, well stocked with essentials, and the property management was great as well.

Spring break

Jennifer was amazing and was so helpful! She called ahead a time to talk about property and make sure we knew it was an upstairs unit:) The place was clean and perfectly located , we also met a few neighbors who were so kind! We will definitely come back and recommend this property to others :)

Perfect Beach Getaway

This place was everything we hoped for and more! The cozy home had a newly beautifully remodeled kitchen stocked with everything we needed, making it easy to cook and enjoy meals in. The best part? Sitting on the balcony and hearing the waves—it doesn’t get better than that. The beds were super comfortable, and the neighbors were all very friendly. The location is truly unbeatable—just steps from the beach, walking distance to everything in Newport, yet tucked away on the quieter side of town. Walking 5min to the beach made this a perfect, peaceful stay.

Beach House That Saved Christmas!

This sunny, airy, beach getaway exceeded our expectations. We found this place when we learned that there wasn't room for myself and my college-aged son at the family home this year. The condo felt like an embrace the minute we got there, and it's much bigger than it appears in the photos. I loved that it's on the second floor with a huge deck where we ate meals under the umbrella. Inside, the open concept living room and kitchen are brand new and beautiful. The kitchen made me want to remodel our kitchen at home, and it had everything we could need. Plus, it was spotless. The whole condo is light and airy with windows all around. The Dutch door allows you to let in that sweet ocean breeze. The bedrooms are very large, and the king-sized beds super comfortable. The bathroom is well-appointed and spotless. The location was perfect. The street itself is totally charming. The beach at 45th is beautiful and pristine, with no boardwalk so it doesn't feel touristy. But you're still really close to oceanfront restaurants and anything else you might want to do. We will definitely come back here in the summer. The owners have thought of everything to make this a beautiful, beach- cottage-style getaway. My son and I were sad to leave, but so grateful for the holiday memories.
