Two recently completed villas adjoining on a large block, with stunning lake views over Lake Macquarie.
One villa has a large comfortable master bedroom with Queen sized bed and plenty of storage space. A second bedroom contains a bunk bed and single bed with ample storage.
The second villa also has a large master bedroom with Queen size bed and plentiful storage. The second bedroom has two single beds which can be made up as a Queen size bed (if requested).
Both units have their own modern kitchen with dine in or alfresco options for the family. There is seating to capture the views on the front deck and a BBQ setting out the back. A fully appointed laundry is available for your convenience.

There is a large grassy backyard for all to enjoy, and a corrugated iron outdoor bar area with historic relics The property has been lovingly built, up cycling elements from the original 1950's house in a contemporary way.
Swansea is situated between the shores of Lake Macquarie and the nearby beaches of Blacksmiths and Caves Beach. There are ample opportunities to enjoy water sports, swimming, fishing, beach activities or just sitting and watching the sunset from the deck.

A wonderful place & location
We booked the entire place and couldn't be happier with both the location and the property itself.
The view was outstanding and the facilities top notch. The central location in the quiet town of Swansea was ideal for kicking back and relaxing, eating out at the many nearby clubs and restaurants, and the numerous activities all within 30 mins drive.
We will definitely be staying here again with friends and family.
