The room was fine, comfy bed, good shower nice and clean. Receiption guy was in some sort of hurry, seemed uninterested. *Note that the sleepy hill is not at Maitland, it's at Raymond Terrace.

This is a great spot. I will definitely stay again. Check in and out was straight forward and uncomplicated unlike other hotels. The swimming pool area is very relaxing and very well kept. We found the location excellent for getting around. This was a very positive experience.
