Very clean and comfortable room.

Very clean and comfortable room. Quiet air con. Great TV. Spacious room. Plenty of easy parking. Near highway, but very quiet inside. Plenty of food nearby.

The property was ok. The bed was terribly hard and today I have an extremely sore back. The shower had very little pressure and the towels offered were very small and you were unable to wrap yourself in the towel. The room was clean and I liked the fact that the codes were sent to my phone. It was an easy check in check out. I probably wouldn’t pay $161 a night again for the room.

TV didn't work, I think the remote was broken. Towels from the previous guests left on the bathroom floor, and a large amount of women's hair still in the sink. I've stayed here before without issue, not sure what happened this time.

The room did not have the beds that were booked. There should have been a Queen bed and a single. Instead there were two singles. Very disappointed!!!

Never Again DISGUSTING BOWLS AND SPOONS...

** WITH PICS *** DISGUSTING BOWLS AND SPOONS... DIRTIEST ROOM SERVICE AND CLEANLINESS... If you come here... it's very likely you will end up cleaning the LEFTOVERS And wash dishes for the previous guests.... see for yourself !! Infact it made me wonder what was worst... the disgusting condition of the cutlery or the absolute APATHY of the staff despite repeated requests for a clean spoon or Mug!! At the end I had to clean the used cutlery of the previous guest so I could atlest feed my son and I was offered $15 and the lamest of apologies.... Don't look for a receptionist or a manager... you wont find one... even if u manage to speak to the cleaners they wont bat an eyelid.... And they called themselves a 4 Star 🌟 Hotel.... What a joke!!

This is an unmanned building something i didnt realise till after booking. A code for lobby entry and then room entry is required. This was an uncomfortably experience as a solo female traveler arriving late at night. It felt a bit unsafe. The door to the room had no internal latch to offer assurance that the room could not be accessed from the outside. Everyrhing else was of average condition and suitable for a single night stay.
