Check-in was face-to-face with friendly people, room was comfortable and clean, pet-friendly rooms had dog bowls outside the rooms, despite being on a main road there was little traffic noise. Only cons were not having plates or knives/forks in the kitchenette, and parking was a little tight for a large vehicle. All up we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place if you are travelling with a pet.

Hospital visit.

Overnight stay for a visit to John Hunter. Comfortable rooms X 2. Parking was a bit tight. Couldn't get a spot near our rooms

Stayed here the first night of an interstate move. The management were very flexible when I had to change dates only a few nights before staying. We had a pet room, for which we were thankful. In addition, the room has a little fridge and freezer, and we were traveling with medicine that needed to be kept cold, and this was an amazing bonus because we kept the medicine cold over night and refreshed our freezer bags for the next day's drive. Really grateful for this place. Also, parking was onsite and well lit (for a car full of stuff as part of the move).

Pleasant stay at this motel with my fur babies for a night. Room is clean and parking outside room is convenient. Supermarket and eateries around 10 mins drive. Recommend if you are on a road trip with your pets.

Excellent stay - my mum had had a stroke so was taken by ambulance to John Hunter Hospital from Taree - we travelled from the Hawkesbury area to be with her - we travelled with our little 10 yr old desexed female Schoodle - the owners were welcoming, accommodating and property was clean and tidy. Would be more than happy to stay there again, should the need arise.

Older motel but spacious units with ceiling fans and modern air con units which was appreciated in 30 degrees during my stay, they were busy so car park was full but can always find a spot out the back otherwise right outside door if arriving early
