The room has non smoking sign on it . But has very strong smoke odor. Carper is very dirty. Bad conditions. Had to cancel after one night and moved to other hotel
Room smelled of smoke even though smoke free room. Pillows flat and hard, no tissues, 2 towels for 3 people, no paper or pen.
Worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Run down, dirty, beds were junky and extremely squeaky with the slightest movement, paper thin walls, outlets broken and non functional. Absolutely awful.
My second time staying here. I love the rooms without carpet. The stay was quiet. Unfortunately this is the only hotel/motel that closes at 11p. You feel as though you are inconveniencing them when you come in later. Not everyone will check in prior to 11p. So I will use them as a secondary option.
Disappointed that no breakfast was served. Reason was due to COVID but seems more like an excuse. No one wears mask around the property, so why use COVID to not serve breakfast?
Reasonable price and you get what you pay for. Property could use a DEEP cleaning. Bathroom was new. Pricing draws undesirable clients.

The location of this motel was good for the trip that I was making. The room was clean enough and was a good value for the price and the short time I was going to be there. Unfortunately, there was a disruptive situation that occurred outside of my room at around 1:30 in the morning which woke me up and kept me from getting the rest I needed on a very long trip the next day. I understand that it wasn't necessarily the fault of the motel or staff, but I guess when you're paying these prices (low), anything should be expected...lesson learned.

The good: - Bed is comfy - Good location - outlets are very close (walking distance), very close driving distance there’s Walmart and some other stores - A Better Place Bar&Grill is walking distance (less than 0.5mi) and open late - Check in and out was quick and staff was nice The bad: - Desperate need of renovation - looks extremely outdated and also appears more dirty than it is - The cleanliness is lacking in places that aren’t in direct sight - there was a lot of hair behind the bathroom door and dust behind the bed but the obvious surfaces are clean - Only two outlets in the room and the charger would fall out of the wall on one of them (had to tape it to the wall to keep it in) and there’s not even enough outlets to use the TV/microwave (they weren’t plugged in) - Breakfast - no coffee at 9am and it’s just cereal, juice and breads - no fruit - What I paid to stay here is on the high end of how much I’d feel comfortable paying for this property and it should probably cost less FYI - The property fills up at night (was empty when we checked in around 4pm and full when we got back around midnight) and Uber/Lyft don’t work well in this area
The property was was ok, nothing special & the check-in was fast. The double bedroom was satisfactory, though the room was outdated. The room felt dark and low lit even with all the lamps turned on. The bathroom was the only modern part of the area. The sink, tub, floor looked renovated and redesigned. The staff was accommodating and pleasant. Overall: A serviceable hotel, that fit my need, convenience.
First the good thinfs about the hotel. The view is amazing. Open the door and you get to see those gorgeous mountains and the air is amazing. The hotel surrounded with pine trees and other trees so absoultely great. The not so good was the keys were not working to the door ,had to return them and get new code for it,the carpet was not vacuumed and smelled. The bathtub had pubic hairs and reg hairs,also found long hairs on the towel as well. That bathroom had no shelfs or hooks to hang your clothing or place on your belongings. The next room had construction until like 4.00pm so we had to listen the hammer and saw machine noise,but after that was quiet. I did not even try the breakfast. So overall was not a good experience,will not go back..

Sorry for the inconvenience during your stay. We used to provide breakfast as a complimentary before Covid. The price for the breakfast was never included. We have just stopped because of the covid.
