The property was great. Everything except the a/c was fine. We didnt expect it to be so warm in September. The fans worked fine but would have preferred a/c.I am a host for properties in Maine. I am also an affiliate so i have several email accounts and am going through some chang of season transition s. Please Do Not subtract anything from host giving me their email. I coul not find my confirmation or check in for the trip. It was cery confusing but not their fault. I chose this place because it did not have a huge security deposit. I hope they are not needed. Please come to visit us in Maine!

Really nice apartment

Definitely worth every bit. The hallway smelled bad, but that was probably from the garbage room since its right there when you get off the elevator. The apartment itself smelled great and was really nice. I would try and rent it again if i ever needed to go back to Jersey.

Daughter’s Wedding/Family Visit

It was great! The place was clean, fully stocked, accurate to what was advertised. Host was very hands on and very accommodating. My oldest daughter rented elsewhere and it turned out to be a total nightmare! I contacted my host and they accommodated her in my rental at a reasonable price. Highly recommend and will definitely book again. Tamar the assistant was so helpful! Thanks Embat for a great stay!
