Disliked: Staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
Nothing about this property was welcoming. At check in, I was greeted by an overwhelming smell of cannabis eminating from the young man at the front desk. I could hardly understand him because he spoke in a whisper. I had requested a handicap room with a roll. In shower and the ground floor only to be told that our room was on the 2nd floor. I asked where the luggage carts were and was told I wouldn't need one because there was no elevator and we would have to carry our luggage. I am older and medical conditions which make climbing stairs a challenge without luggage. The room was supposed to be a premium room. Not quite premium, in my opinion. When we returned to our room last night, we were greeted by more stinky smoke in the hallways and lobby. When we left this morning my path crossed with what appeared to be part of the housekeeping crew. She also reeked of cannabis and seemed disoriented when she got out of the driver's side of her car.. All this, and on a property papered with little signs informing me that they were proud to be a smoke free facility.
