While we did arrive quite late, the code provided for the lock box was incorrect. Luckily, the owner was available by phone to provide the correct one right away.
The lighting on the stairs kept going out and the numbers on the lock box were hard to read at night.
With all the keys being alike, it was hard to find the right one for the many locks that had to be opened. The keys should have been labeled.
The refrigerator was not clean, nor were the window sills or the blinds. The bedroom needed a lamp for the table and the TV was in a strange place relative to the bed.
No on-site parking was available (the one spot was taken.)
Air fresheners were plugged in to every room, yet there was still the smell of smoke or pot or incense.
There was a lot of trash out front.
There was not individual control of temperature, other than opening the window, which allowed street noise to be more easily heard.
The bedroom was too narrow for the bed, not allowing entry from both sides.
Only two bath towels were provided.
